Making technology more human and more useful.
I help people and organizations using Moodle and IOMAD turn sometimes complex needs into clear, coherent and genuinely usable learning environments.
Bridging your intentions and the tools.

A learning platform should not force teams to speak like technicians to achieve an educational outcome.
My work is to listen to what you are really trying to accomplish, clarify the rules and pathways, and then translate everything into Moodle, IOMAD or a connected ecosystem. I pay as much attention to learners’ experiences as to the work of those who administer, teach or support them.
I like environments where we can experiment safely, demonstrate an idea before imposing it and document decisions so that knowledge does not remain locked in one person’s head.
This way of working naturally leads me to combine analysis, instructional design, configuration, testing, documentation and training.
Looking at the same project from several angles.
A sound technical choice can create a poor experience. A good educational idea can become impossible to maintain. I therefore seek a balance between three realities.
The person learning
Do they understand where to go, what to do, why to do it and how to recognize their progress?
The team running the service
Can they administer, support, fix and develop the environment without excessive dependence?
The solution that needs to last
Does it respect native features, permissions, standards and realistic maintenance?

A practice grounded in clarity and respect.
These principles guide everything from a small Moodle correction to a lab connecting several systems.
Clarity
Explain choices and consequences in accessible language.
Independence
Transfer knowledge so teams can carry on.
Rigour
Test, verify and clearly distinguish assumptions, lab work and production.
Ethics
Protect data, respect people and avoid artificial promises.
Simplicity
Use native tools when they meet the need well.
Documentation
Keep useful decisions, procedures and lessons learned.
Move forward gradually while keeping the whole picture in view.
Understand the context
The people, constraints, existing tools and expected outcome.
Identify the decisions
Distinguish essential needs from interesting but secondary options.
Demonstrate and test
Use a mock-up, model course or lab when it helps.
Document and support
Leave practical reference points so the work can continue.
Collaboration suited to real needs.
I prefer to clarify expectations from the outset. This protects the project, the available time and the quality of the relationship.
This approach will suit you if…
- you want to understand the choices, not simply receive a configuration;
- you value gradual progress and verifiable decisions;
- you want to use Moodle according to its best practices;
- you accept the distinction between prototyping, validation and deployment.
We will need further clarification if…
- the scope, responsibilities or accessible data are undefined;
- an integration involves payments, sensitive information or critical systems;
- the result depends on legal, financial or managed hosting expertise;
- the deadline allows no testing, validation or rollback option.

An important clarification: I can analyze, design, configure, document and support many types of digital work. When a project requires regulated expertise or ongoing operational responsibility, I recommend involving the appropriate specialist.
Tell me what you want to improve.
An initial conversation may be enough to clarify your situation, identify risks and determine whether I am the right person to help you.
